At the Box Office
Tickets can be purchased from the Festival Box Office from 8-14 May, 2017. The Box Office will be based in Taman Kuliner, on Jl. Raya Sanggingan, and open from 8:00am-4:00pm.
Tickets may be purchased online via our website, via the individual event page within our full Program. For customers buying via Payment gateway Trybooking.com, Australian Dollars are used. Booking fees will apply.
For entry to your event, please bring a copy of your Trybooking receipt, or have it available to view on your smartphone. Please note that FoodLover Passes must be picked up from the Box Office.
To ensure our Festival is accessible to all audiences, some tickets to the Festival adopt a tiered pricing system, including all Kitchen Stage sessions, FoodLover Passes and certain Masterclasses.
Pricing tiers fall into the following three categories: International, Resident (KITAP, KITAS, business, social budaya, DINAs or retirement visa) and Indonesian National. Please bring the necessary documentation to the event or Box Office.
The Ubud Food Festival program is broken up into four main ticketing categories:
Where the magic happens, the Kitchen Stage is your chance to get up close and personal with your culinary heroes. Playing host to the stars of the Ubud Food Festival, the Kitchen Stage is home to a daily program of fiery food fry-offs, comedic culinary collaborations, and a behind the pass look into some the world’s best restaurants.
From long-table lunches overlooking valleys, jungles and rice paddies, to comedic culinary collaborations between Southeast Asia’s best chefs, our Special Events and Fringe Events are designed to put the best of Bali on the table. With limited capacity and high demand, we recommend that tickets to these events are booked well in advance.
For those who like to get their hands dirty, our Masterclasses are led by the industry’s best. From capturing the perfect foodstagram to blind chocolate tasting, mixing the perfect espresso martini to plating like a food stylist – these intimate sessions are designed to turn passions into professions.
We also have a huge range of Free Events spanning film screenings, children’s events, book launches, night markets and our Think, Talk, Series so no matter what your budget, the Ubud Food Festival is an event for all. Registration for some free events may be required.
Upgrade your Festival experience with our 1, 2 and 3-Day FoodLover passes, giving you full access to the Kitchen Stage. By purchasing a FoodLover Pass, you can save up to 40% on individually ticketed Kitchen Stage sessions.
Note that FoodLover Passes must be collected from the Festival Box Office, open from Monday 8 May – Sunday 12 May, 10:00-4:00pm.
