Arak Flair Competition – Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility:
- The competition is open to everyone.
- Participants must be 20 years or older at the time of registration.
- Employees of the organizing committee and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Registration:
- Registration for the competition opens on 6 June and closes on 24 June 2023.
- Participants must complete the online registration form and pay the entry fee of IDR 150,000 to be considered for participation.
- Incomplete or late registrations will not be accepted.
Technical Meeting:
- A mandatory technical meeting will be held on 29 June at 3pm Central Indonesia time via Zoom.
- Participants must attend the technical meeting to receive important competition-related instructions and updates.
Competition:
- The Arak Flair Competition will take place on Saturday, 1 July, starting from 3 PM Central Bali time.
- Participants will be judged based on their flair bartending skills, creativity, and overall performance.
- The winners will be announced at the end of the competition and will receive a prize of up to IDR 1,800,000. The prize money will be divided by the number of winners.
General Rules:
- Participants must adhere to the rules and guidelines set by the organizing committee throughout the competition.
- Any form of cheating, misconduct, or violation of the rules may result in disqualification.
- The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
