Join one of the Festival’s most heartfelt Archipelago experiences. Fernando Sindu of Cork and Screw will share his culinary story that led him from Michelin-starred restaurants in America back to the kitchens of his homeland. Nusantara’s own much-loved chef, Putu Dodik, will brings his Balinese grandma’s specialities, while Ray Adriansyah will bring his Sumatran home influences to the table, Mac Gyver of Akar fame will recreate his mother’s Peranakan food in a celebration of home-cooked goodness and childhood favourites in Ubud’s iconic Indonesian restaurant.
