This adventure starts at 8 AM at Locavore To Go, where guests will have breakfast and coffee before leaving for Payangan. Guests will be able to touch and taste a variety of fresh ingredients in the wild, followed by a tasting session in the Lab, whose chef-owners Eelke Plasmeijer and Ray Adriansyah have utilized those same ingredients in their tasting menu.
