Bringing the Yucatan to Ubud, acclaimed Mexican chefs Tamara Chavez and Victor Vazquez will serve cochinita pibil, a traditional slow-roasted pork dish from Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula, where the Gulf of Mexico meets the Caribbean Sea. Come along and sample the bursting flavor of succulent meat, marinated in citrus juice with annatto seed seasoning and wrapped in banana leaves.
