Maestros of fermentation, Chef Thirdy and Chef Kevin, renowned Filipino chefs, are bringing their famous gut-healthy fermented foods to Indus. They will share their family recipes for Burong Mangga, which is fermented mango infused with mineral-rich Filipino seaweed, and Burong Kanin, fermented tropical fruits. In addition, they will demonstrate how to prepare marinated grilled prawns and crispy pork belly with delectable crispy skin to complement the dishes. As a special treat, we’ll also have the opportunity to enjoy tastings of Kanin Tapuy, a Filipino rice wine.
