Join us in the “Forgotten Food” photo exhibition, with a number of selected photos from the archipelago food story photo competition in the 2021 National Culture Week. This photo competition specifically raises food culture with the theme ‘endemic/local food’ which is processed into various types of snacks in Indonesia. The photos shown provide an overview of the diversity of food culture and the abundance of food resources in Indonesia. The digital narrative competition in the National Culture Week itself aims to increase public literacy on knowledge and treasures of the archipelago’s food world through digital works and collect information about the diversity of the archipelago’s food for food sovereignty and security.
