Brem, Bali’s own fermented rice wine, is made from white or black sticky rice. It is lemony-sweet with a velvety finish, and mainly used in ceremonies. Club Soda’s Raka and Esy demonstrate how to make their unique brew, followed by a taste-test for the audience.

Brem, anggur beras fermentasi khas Bali, terbuat dari ketan putih atau hitam. Memiliki rasa manis seperti lemon dengan sentuhan akhir yang agak lembut, dan biasanya digunakan saat upacara. Raka dan Esy dari Club Soda mendemonstrasikan cara membuat minuman unik mereka, diikuti dengan uji rasa dengan penonton.
