Indulge in a Mediterranean-style plant-based menu of organic superfoods and local exotica to celebrate our soil. Italian-trained, Indonesian chef, Theodora Poeradisastra, teams with Chef Mangku, of Gdas, to present a 4 hands, 5-course extravaganza of vivid, heart-warming, nourishing flavors, with ingredients picked straight from their garden. In between courses, tempe warrior Amadeus Driando will talk about his tempe movement that is sweeping the world, with Ramadani Yudha Prasetya, Co-Founder of Island Organics Bali. From forest tomatoes, edible flowers, and exotic greens, to herbs and grains, we have your wellness needs covered in an extraordinary vegan feast of Mother Nature’s bounty in the abundant grounds of Gdas Resort. The meal will be paired with mocktail and mineral water.

Di sela-sela penyajian masing-masing course, pejuang tempe Amadeus Driando akan membahas gerakan tempe yang ia gagas, yang mulai merambah ke seluruh dunia, bersama Ramadani Yudha Prasetya, salah satu pendiri Island Organics Bali. Dari tomat hutan, bunga-bunga yang dapat dimakan dan sayur-mayur eksotis hingga dedaunan dan gandum, kami akan memenuhi kebutuhan gaya hidup sehat Anda dengan sebuah sajian vegan luar biasa dari karunia Ibu Pertiwi kita, bertempat di tanah Gdas Resort yang melimpah.
