Bali’s beloved MASON. Restaurant in Canggu, along with ex-Andrew McConnell, chef supremo Tim Stapleforth, takes over the Indus terrace at twilight hour to present a modern-minded, char-grilled menu of clean, contemporary flavors. From char-roasted flatbread, haloumi, dips, and sizzling Papuan prawns to BBQ wagyu skewers and grilled vegetables, Stapleforth will serve a refined Aussie-style BBQ under the stars, paired with Bali’s own IOI craft beer. Finish off with his signature featherweight pavlova for the perfect finale. You might never want to leave!

Restoran MASON. di Canggu kesayangan pengunjung Bali, akan tampil bersama chef Tim Stapleforth (yang dulu pernah bekerja dengan Andrew McConnell) untuk mengambil alih teras restoran Indus saat senja tiba untuk menampilkan menu modern yang dipanggang dengan arang citarasa kontemporer dan bersih. Mulai dari flatbread, haloumi, dips dan udang Papua yang mendesis di panggangan arang hingga sate lilit BBQ wagyu dan sayur-mayur panggang, Stapleforth akan menyajikan sebuah BBQ gaya Australia di bawah langit berbintang, dipasangkan dengan craft beer IOI khas Bali. Sajian ini akan ditutup dengan karya pavlova ringan ciptaanya, sebagai akhir yang sempurna. Jangan-jangan Anda akan enggan untuk beranjak pulang.
