Chef Dom Hammond and the team from Tanaman – Potato Head’s innovative home of casual plant-based dining – join Chefs Cristian Encina and Jorge Valderrama at Cantina Rooftop to create a plant-fuelled menu of Latino-meets-global flavours. From bao, battered yuba and mushroom tacos to sweet potato causa, plantain tostadas and Peruvian stuffed potatoes, the tantalising bites will be matched with flower-powered cocktails and mocktails from sunset to late night. Don’t miss Bali’s creative village hitting Ubud’s Cantina Rooftop for this one-night-only collaboration.

Dom Hammond dari Tanaman, tempat makan new-age milik Potato Head, akan bergabung dengan Cantina untuk bekerjasama menampilkan sebuah menu ‘merumput’ yang diilhami oleh pesta desa Latino yang bercampur dengan pengaruh global. Mulai dari bao dan yuba yang dijadikan secara deep fried, hingga taco jamur, causa ubi, tostadas pisang raja dan kentang isi ala Peru, pesta camilan keren yang eksklusif ini akan dilengkapi dengan seorang DJ in-house Cantina Rooftop Bali, juga koktail bersoda yang dihiasi bunga-bunga hasil karya para ahli mixology muda dari Tanaman. Saat komunitas kreatif paling asyik di Bali berkumpul di atap Cantina, bisa dijamin acaranya bakalan heboh!
