Glide into the amber grounds of Titik Dua for a London-style pop-up in the festival’s coolest collaboration. Rahel Stephanie, from Spoons, will prepare jazzed-up Indonesian savory and sweet bites with the team of W/T/Me and RAMU’s Executive Chef, Joshira Yugopradana. Begin with a lively panel moderated by Prinka Saraswati, featuring Rahel, the W/T/Me team, and DJ Sekan from Jiwa Jiwa records, as they discuss the diversity of Indonesian food, the clash between innovation and tradition, and the global influence of Indonesian cuisine. Then transition to a moonlit poolside party, with DJ Sekan playing his cosmic Indonesian sounds or indulge in custom-curated cocktails in the cozy, lamp-lit lounge bar. Keep the energy going at an after-party that lasts until the early hours.

Menu:

  • Sate Ambal with crispy fried fermented shallots
  • Fluffy coconut waffles with sautéed enoki mushrooms and Sambal Ijo
  • Crunchy rice with spicy aubergine balado and a hint of kimchi powder
  • Indulgent black sesame wingko babat drizzled with caramel and shoyu sauce glaze

Meluncurlah ke area kuning Titik Dua untuk menikmati pop-up bergaya London dalam kolaborasi paling keren di festival ini. Rahel Stephanie, dari Spoons, akan menyiapkan kudapan gurih dan manis khas Indonesia bersama tim W/T/Me dan Executive Chef di RAMU, Joshira Yugopradana. Dimulai dengan panel yang dimoderatori oleh Prinka Saraswati, menampilkan Rahel, tim W/T/Me dan DJ Sekan dari Jiwa Jiwa records yang akan mendiskusikan keanekaragaman makanan Indonesia, inovasi versus tradisional, serta jangkauan global masakan Indonesia. Kemudian beralihlah ke pesta di tepi kolam renang yang diterangi cahaya bulan, dengan Sekan dari jiwa jiwa records yang memainkan musik kosmik Indonesia atau nikmati koktail berbahan dasar tumbuhan yang dibuat khusus di bar lounge yang nyaman dan diterangi lampu. Lanjutkan dengan pesta setelahnya hingga dini hari.

Menu:

  • Sate Ambal dengan bawang merah goreng yang difermentasi renyah
  • Waffle kelapa yang lembut dengan tumis jamur enoki dan sambal ijo
  • Nasi renyah dengan terong balado pedas dan sedikit bubuk kimchi
  • Wingko babat wijen hitam yang memanjakan mata, disiram dengan karamel dan saus shoyu
