Acclaimed Netherland’s chef, Syrco Bakker, will collaborate with Wayan Sutariawan, Executive Sous Chef, Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan, to serve up a seafood feast like no other, focusing on local flavors and sustainable ingredients. Drawing on his Indonesian heritage and signature dishes from his new restaurant, Syrco BASÈ, Chef Syrco will present 4-course dishes. Chef Sutariawan will prepare long-forgotten Balinese specialties from the highlands using rare ingredients.
