Rahel Stephanie, an established cook and food entrepreneur, brings her sell-out plant-based cooking to UFF. Embracing her Indonesian heritage, Rahel’s pop-up events in London have gained popularity. She will delight us with the dessert of our dreams: a baked coconut pandan cake served on a pool of palm sugar and coconut custard. Rahel also gives back to her community through fundraising for the LGBTQ+ community in Indonesia, making her contributions as equally sweet as her pandan treats.
Rahel Stephanie, seorang chef ternama dan wirausahawati makanan, akan membawakan masakan berbasis tumbuhannya yang laris manis ke UFF. Merangkul warisan kebudayaan Indonesia, acara-acara pop-up yang ia selenggarakan di London telah menjadi populer.
