Adam Liston – Shobosho

Hailing from Adelaide, Adam Liston has worked under many highly-acclaimed chefs, including Simon Kardachi and Raymond Capaldi. Moving to Shanghai and working at a modern Asian fine dining restaurant there inspired him to open the multi-award-winning Shobosho in Adelaide, where he is Executive Chef and Managing Partner.
