Aga Alvian

Meatsmith

Aga Alvian graduated from culinary school in Sydney, Australia. Whilst there, he worked at Nomad Restaurant in Sydney and Longrain in Sydney & Melbourne. In 2015, he returned to Indonesia and worked at Mozaic Restaurant in Ubud and Desa Potato Head in Canggu, where he ultimately found his passion for creating sustainable dishes through locally sourced products. Aga is now leading the kitchen at Meatsmith, Jakarta.

Aga Alvian lulus dari sekolah kuliner di Sydney, Australia. Selama di sana, ia bekerja di Nomad Restaurant di Sydney dan Longrain yang berlokasi di Sydney & Melbourne. Pada tahun 2015 ia kembali ke Indonesia untuk bergabung dengan Mozaic Restaurant di Ubud, Bali dan Desa Potato Head di Canggu di mana ia menemukan kecintaannya pada makanan Indonesia dan sadar akan keberlanjutan dengan menggunakan produk-produk lokal. Kini, Aga memimpin dapur Meatsmith di Jakarta, Indonesia.
