After years working for a cruise ship company as a pastry chef, Agus Pramana returned to Bali with the dream of opening his own bakery. Inspired by a childhood spent in the kitchen with his mother and his later travels, he created Yamuna Homemade Pastry, where his minimalist-look pastries belie an underlying complexity.

Setelah bertahun-tahun bekerja di perusahaan kapal pesiar sebagai koki pastry, Agus Pramana kembali ke Bali dengan mimpi membuka toko roti sendiri. Terinspirasi oleh masa kecil yang dihabiskan di dapur bersama ibunya serta perjalanan yang ditempuhnya, ia menciptakan Yamuna Homemade Pastry, di mana kue-kue minimalis buatannya justru menunjukkan kompleksitas yang mendasarinya.
