Agus Sasirangan – Banjarmasin Cuisine Specialist

MasterChef Indonesia’s first season runner-up, Agus Sasirangan, has opened four restaurants in different parts of the archipelago. He has written about his culinary journey in his 14 cookbooks and he is also a food consultant to restaurants and cafés in Indonesia. He founded Yayasan Pecinta Sasirangan to help preserve sasirangan, the traditional fabric of his home province, South Kalimantan.

Runner-up MasterChef Indonesia season pertama, Agus Sasirangan, telah membuka empat restoran di berbagai lokasi berbeda di penjuru nusantara. Ia telah menulis perjalanan kulinernya dalam 14 buku masakannya dan ia juga merupakan seorang konsultan makanan untuk berbagai restoran dan kafe di Indonesia. Ia mendirikan Yayasan Pecinta Sasirangan untuk membantu melestarikan sasirangan, kain tradisional dari provinsi asalnya, Kalimantan Selatan.
