Founder and Head Chef of La Pacha Mama, Alejandro Montaño brings more than 20 years of experience working across four different continents to his plant-based restaurant in Ubud. He was drawn to becoming a chef while growing up in Mexico and spending time in his grandparents’ restaurant.
