Alessandro Colombis – Sumba Hospitality Foundation

Hailing from Northern Italy, Alessandro Colombis is Executive Chef/teacher at the Sumba Hospitality Foundation, a hospitality training project for the youth of Sumba. He has worked in various Asian countries and loves Asian food. His philosophy is to keep things simple by understanding the roots and developments of cuisine, and paying attention to the ingredient’s original flavours, thus maintaining food’s natural ‘attitude’.

Berasal dari Italia Utara, Alessandro Colombis adalah Executive Chef/pengajar di Sumba Hospitality Foundation, sebuah proyek pelatihan perhotelan untuk anak muda Sumba. Ia telah bekerja di berbagai negara Asia dan menyukai makanan Asia. Filosofinya adalah menjaga segala sesuatunya sederhana dengan memahami asal-muasal dan perkembangan masakan, serta memperhatikan rasa asli bahan, sehingga dapat mempertahankan ‘ciri’ alami makanan.
