Cristian Encina – PICA South American Kitchen

Cristian Encina had his first taste of the kitchen at 13, working at his father’s popular lunch eatery in Santiago, Chile. After developing his skills in fine dining restaurants in Chile, New Zealand and Australia, he now recreates and reinterprets South America’s diverse flavors at PICA South American Kitchen.

Cristian Encina mendapat pengalaman pertamanya di dapur saat berusia 13 tahun, bekerja di restoran makan siang populer milik ayahnya di Santiago, Chili. Setelah mengasah keahliannya di berbagai restoran mewah di Chili, Selandia Baru dan Australia, ia kini menciptakan kembali dan menafsirkan ulang beragam cita rasa khas Amerika Selatan di PICA South American Kitchen.
