Crystal Chiu – Asli Food Project ft. Indonesia

Crystal Chiu’s career started at the French Pastry School in Chicago and Daniel in New York City. She then started traveling and staged at Narisawa in Japan and Brae in Australia. Crystal was most recently Chef de Cuisine at Room4Dessert, and launched Asli Food Project in 2017 to further encourage appreciation of Indonesia’s extensive produce and cuisines.
