Damar Narotama – DON.U

A Jakarta native, Damar Narotama has always been a home cook. He left his job as a journalist and moved to Ubud in 2014 to take up a role in the kitchen of La Ramona. In 2017 he established DON.U, an 8-seater micro-restaurant serving Asian inspired rice bowls with a twist, incorporating his own brand of kimchi, Sawee.

Berasal dari Jakarta, Damar Narotama selalu menggemari memasak. Ia meninggalkan pekerjaannya sebagai jurnalis dan pindah ke Ubud pada tahun 2014 untuk memasak di dapur La Ramona. Di tahun 2017 Damar mendirikan DON.U, restauran kecil hanya dengan delapan tempat duduk yang menyajikan menu nasi-nasian yang terinspirasi dari hidangan Asia, dengan sentuhan kimchi buatannya sendiri, Sawee.
