Born in Acapulco, Diana Beltran is a Mexican chef based in Italy, where she owns 4 Mexican restaurants. In 2013, she published ‘Mexico’, a book of Mexican recipes, and has TV show programs on Mexican food on the Gambero Rosso Channel. Chef Diana has been awarded the Ohtli Prize granted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico for promoting Mexican gastronomy around the world.
