Duangporn Songvisava (Chef Bo) – Environmentally Conscious Cook

Chef Duangporn Songvisava – or Bo – has always been passionate about creating exceptional Thai food. She completed her Masters in Gastronomy in Adelaide before returning to Bangkok to join the team at Cy’an. While working at London’s Nahm she met chef Dylan Jones, before the now husband-and-wife couple opened the coveted Bo.lan restaurant in Bangkok.

Chef Duangporn Songvisava (Bo) selalu gemar menciptakan masakan Thailand yang luar biasa. Ia mendapatkan gelas Masters in Gastronomy di Adelaide sebelum akhirnya kembalu ke Bangkok untuk bergabung dengan Cy’an.
