Fernando Sindu

The Union Group

Chef Fernando Sindu leads Jakarta’s culinary scene with two of The Union Group’s brands: Cork&Screw, an award-winning wine concept, as well as Benedict, a gourmet all-day café. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, he worked at some of New York’s reputable restaurants such as Brasserie 8 1/2, 1* Oceana, and Boqueria before coming back to Indonesia in 2011.
