Fernando Sindu – Cork & Screw Country Club

Jakartan Chef Fernando Sindu grew up in New Zealand. After studying at the Culinary Institute of America, New York, he worked at several top restaurants including Brasserie 8 1/2, Oceana, and Boqueria, before returning to Jakarta in 2011. He is now Executive Chef of Benedict, SevenFriday Space and Cork & Screw Country Club, where comfort and street food are celebrated.

Chef asal Jakarta Fernando Sindu tumbuh di Selandia Baru. Setelah belajar di Culinary Institute of America, New York, ia bekerja di beberapa restoran ternama termasuk Brasserie 8 1/2, Oceana, dan Boqueria, sebelum kembali ke Jakarta pada tahun 2011. Ia kini menjadi Executive Chef di Benedict, SevenFriday Space, dan Cork & Screw Country Club, di mana hidangan mewah sekaligus street food disajikan.
