Gill Westaway

Food Lover

During her long career with the British Council, Gill Westaway collaborated closely with writers, artists, and other creative entrepreneurs, managing and chairing events and organising seminars and workshops. She currently lives in Lombok, Indonesia, where she runs a small guesthouse. She also works with Indonesian publishers, editing and translating literary works from Indonesian into English. She is currently working on a project translating video scripts to train Small Business Entrepreneurs, many of whom are in the food and beverage sector.

Selama karirnya yang panjang di British Council, Gill Westaway berkolaborasi erat dengan penulis, seniman, dan wirausahawan kreatif lainnya, mengelola dan memimpin berbagai acara, serta menyelenggarakan seminar dan lokakarya. Ia saat ini tinggal di Lombok, Indonesia, di mana Ia menjalankan sebuah wisma kecil. Ia juga bekerja sama dengan penerbit Indonesia, mengedit dan menerjemahkan karya sastra dari bahasa Indonesia ke bahasa Inggris. Saat ini Gill sedang mengerjakan proyek penerjemahan skrip video untuk melatih Pengusaha Kecil, yang banyak di antaranya ada di sektor makanan dan minuman.
