Gloria Susindra – Cook, Eat, Repeat

After training at Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco, Gloria Susindra moved to Melbourne to hone her skills in Culinary Management. She returned to Jakarta with the ambition of opening something herself, and in 2017 Mother Monster opened at Plaza Indonesia. She spread her wings further in 2018, to design and manage the menu at Full Circle Ubud by EXPAT Roasters.

Setelah pelatihan di Le Cordon Bleu di San Francisco, Gloria Susindra pindah ke Melbourne untuk mengasah keterampilannya dalam bidang Culinary Management. Ia kembali ke Jakarta dengan ambisi untuk mendirikan sesuatu sendiri, dan pada tahun 2007 Mother Monster dibuka di Plaza Indonesia. Ia melebarkan sayapnya pada tahun 2018, dengan merancang dan mengelola menu di Full Circle by EXPAT Roasters.
