Justin Lee – jldessertbar

Chef Justin Lee has worked in renowned kitchens in Korea, Australia, and New Zealand, including Clooney and Miann in Auckland, and at the Park Hyatt in Busan. Chef Lee opened JL Dessert Bar in 2017. He is the Asia Pacific guest chef representative of SOSA ingredients and Valrhona Chocolate, and runs the COQ Molecular Pastry Lab in Seoul.
