Khanh Nguyen – Sunda Dining

Vietnamese-Australian Chef Khanh Nguyen honed his skills at award-winning establishments in Sydney, including Cirrus Dining, Mr Wong, Becasse and many more. In 2018, he opened Sunda in Melbourne, an exciting modern Southeast Asian restaurant, weaving native Australian ingredients into the cuisine. Sunda has been named best new restaurant and listed as one of Australia’s top restaurants several times.
