Kieran Morland – Merah Putih and Sangsaka

Kieran Morland is co-owner and chef of Merah Putih and Sangsaka restaurants. He has been cooking in Bali for the last decade, and was previously Head Chef of KU DE TA. He has cooked in kitchens in New York, London and Melbourne, and his passion is using unusual ingredients to create delicious and comforting Indonesian food.

Kieran Morland adalah salah satu pemilik dan chef restoran Merah Putih dan Sangsaka. Ia telah memasak di Bali selama satu dekade terakhir, dan sebelumnya menjadi Head Chef KU DE TA. Ia pernah memasak di dapur-dapur di New York, London dan Melbourne, dan minatnya adalah menggunakan bahan-bahan unik untuk menciptakan makanan Indonesia yang lezat.
