Chef Maurizio Bombini first began his culinary journey in his parent’s restaurant in the Apulia region of Southern Italy. From there, it has taken him across the globe to Italy, France, the USA, China, and Indonesia to work at some of the finest restaurants in the world. With a curated twenty years of gastronomy experience, Maurizio has become a powerhouse of fine cuisine with his distinct foundational principle of intimacy and trust with his clients. Chef Maurizio is currently Executive Chef of Mandapa, a Ritz Carlton Reserve right here in Ubud, and now Chef-Owner of the intimate restaurant MAURI in Seminyak.

Koki Maurizio Bombini pertama kali memulai perjalanan petualangan kulinernya di rumahnya di wilayah Apulia Italia Selatan, yang membawanya ke seluruh dunia mulai dari Italia, Prancis, AS, Cina, dan Indonesia untuk bekerja sama dengan beberapa restoran terbaik dan koki di dunia. Dengan pengalaman keahlian memasak selama dua puluh tahun, Maurizio telah menjadi tokoh kuliner fine dining dengan prinsip yang berdasar pada keintiman dan kepercayaan dengan kliennya. Sejak Oktober 2015 Maurizio menjadi Executive Chef Mandapa, Ritz Carlton Reserve di Ubud, Bali. Saat ini Maurizio adalah koki serta pemilik restoran Bali MAURI.
