Chef Maurizio Bombini first began his culinary journey in his parent’s restaurant in the Apulia region of Southern Italy. From there, it has taken him across the globe to Italy, France, the USA, China, and Indonesia to work at some of the finest restaurants in the world. With a curated twenty years of gastronomy experience, Maurizio has become a powerhouse of fine cuisine with his distinct foundational principle of intimacy and trust with his clients. Previously as Executive Chef of Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Ubud, Chef Maurizio is now the Chef-Owner of an intimate restaurant MAURI in Seminyak.

Koki Maurizio Bombini pertama kali memulai perjalanan petualangan kulinernya di rumahnya di wilayah Apulia Italia Selatan, yang membawanya ke seluruh dunia mulai dari Italia, Prancis, AS, Cina, dan Indonesia untuk bekerja sama dengan beberapa restoran terbaik dan koki di dunia.
