Maurizio Bombini earned his trade at his parents’ restaurant on the shores of the Adriatic Sea. From there, his culinary adventures have taken him to Italy, France, the United States, China and Indonesia. With years of international experience, Maurizio shares his passion for Mediterranean-European modern cuisine as Executive Chef of Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve.
