Maurizio Bombini – Contemporary Mediterranean Cuisine

Maurizio earned his trade at his parents’ restaurant on the shores of the Adriatic Sea. From there, his culinary adventures have taken him to Italy, France, USA, China and Indonesia. With years of international experience, Maurizio shares his passion for modern Mediterranean-European cuisine as Executive Chef of Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve.

Maurizio belajar memasak di dapur restauran milik orangtuanya yang terletak di tepi lautan Adriatic. Dari sinilah ia memulai petualangannya di dunia kuliner yang telah membawanya ke Italia, Perancis, Amerika, Cina, dan Indonesia. Dengan pengalaman selama bertahun-tahun di dunia internasional, Maurizio membagikan kegemarannya akan hidangan modern Mediterranean-European sebagai Executive Chef di Mandapa Ritz-Carlton Reserve.
