Paul Carmichael – Momofuku Seiōbo

A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Barbados-born Paul Carmichael worked at multiple high-end restaurants before becoming Executive Chef at Perla, Puerto Rico and Má Pêche, New York. In 2015, he became the Executive Chef of Seiōbo, Sydney, and was awarded Chef of the Year by Gourmet Traveller Restaurant Awards 2020 and Time Out Food Awards 2019.
