Chef Ragil Imam Wibowo and food go a long way back – at five he dreamed of becoming a chef while mixing spices in his mother’s kitchen. Now, with 20 years’ experience, ten restaurants and a few TV shows, he is dedicated to preserving culinary heritage by traveling across Indonesia to find rare ingredients and forgotten recipes, transforming them into modern masterpieces.

Chef Ragil Imam Wibowo dan makanan telah lama menjalin kisahnya – pada usia lima tahun ia bermimpi menjadi chef sembari mencampur rempah-rempah di dapur ibunya. Sekarang, dengan pengalaman 20 tahun, sepuluh restoran, dan beberapa acara TV, ia berdedikasi untuk melestarikan warisan kuliner dengan melakukan perjalanan ke seluruh Indonesia untuk menemukan bahan-bahan langka dan resep yang terlupakan, mengubahnya menjadi karya luar biasa yang modern.
