Raka Ambarawan joined the Locavore team before the restaurant opened and is now the owner and resident mixologist at Locavore’s Club Soda in Canggu. He is passionate about experimenting with rare and unusual local ingredients, and by creating demand, hopes to prevent their disappearance. His impressive collection of bitters and infusions gives his growing repertoire of beautifully balanced cocktails a unique twist.

Raka Ambarawan bergabung dengan tim Locavore sejak sebelum restorannya dibuka, dan sekarang menjadi pemilik sekaligus ahli mixologi di Locavore Club Soda di Canggu. Ia bersemangat untuk bereksperimen dengan bahan-bahan lokal yang langka dan tidak biasa, dan dengan menciptakan permintaan akan bahan-bahan tersebut, ia berharap dapat mencegah hilangnya bahan-bahan tersebut.
