A passionate Indonesian Chef turned Podcaster, Ray spent most of his cooking career in kitchens around the world including renowned restaurants such as Quay Restaurants in Sydney, and Noma in Copenhagen. Now an entrepreneur, he owns and operates businesses ranging from bars to making alternative protein, and is the host of the popular FnB Podcast, ‘Ray Janson Radio’, which features passionate and interesting FnB practitioners from across Indonesia.
