Tamara Chavez – TONO Cevicheria

Tamara Chavez is Head Chef of Asia’s first Peruvian cevicheria in Singapore, TONO Cevicheria. She has 12 years of culinary experience, training under Chef Rafael Osterling and working at the cevicheria El Mercado in Lima. She puts out innovative Latin American dishes and leads the growth of Latin American food in the region.
