Theodora Hurustiati – Chef & Food Writer

Theodora Hurustiati is a chef and food writer based in Italy. Born in Jakarta to a multicultural family, she embraced diversity from an early age. She strongly believes that the world is a melting pot and uses her love of food to bring cultures together, as she did in “Taste Bud”, her former column for The Jakarta Post.

Theodora Hurustiati adalah seorang chef dan penulis makanan yang tinggal di Italia. Lahir di Jakarta dari keluarga multikultural, ia telah mengenal keberagaman sejak dini. Ia sangat yakin bahwa dunia adalah sebuah wadah dan ia menggunakan kecintaannya pada makanan untuk menyatukan beragam budaya bersama, sebagaimana yang ia lakukan di “Taste Bud”, kolom tulisannya yang pernah diterbitkan The Jakarta Post.
