Vallian Gunawan

Vallian Gunawan is the Executive Chef of SKOOL Kitchen, a modern dining experience located atop the Lawn Canggu, boasting an open flame kitchen that overlooks the sea. The restaurant embraces a primitive cooking style, enhanced by flames and fueled by natural wood and charcoal embers. Vallian has honed his skills in various French restaurants in Singapore and Hong Kong. He holds a Diploma in Culinary and Restaurant Operations from the Republic Polytechnic of Singapore.

Valian Gunawan adalah Chef Kepala dari SKOOL Kitchen, sebuah lokasi modern dining di lantai atas the Lawn Canggu, memiliki sebuah dapur api terbuka yang menghadap lautan. Restoran ini merangkul gaya memasak primitif, menggunakan kekuatan api dengan kayu dan batu arang sebagai bahan bakarnya. Vallian mengasah keterampilannya di berbagai restoran Perancis di Singapura dan Hong Kong. Ia memiliki Diploma di bidang Pengelolaan Kuliner dan Restoran dari Republic Polytechnic of Singapore.
