Vandena Yanarta is a young Balinese bartender originally from Singaraja, North of Bali. He began his career as a mixologist at the Hard Rock Cafe in Legian. Currently, he leads the bar at SKOOL Kitchen, a sea-facing restaurant in Bali known for its open flame kitchen. Vandena has achieved success in several mixology competitions, most notably the Giffard West Cup, where he represented Indonesia in the Asia Pacific region. His signature cocktail, the Booster Avail-applelity, combines Nusa Cana Tropical Rum, Spiced Apple, and Fake Citrus Ginger Yuzu Air.
