Initiator of Indonesia Gastronomy Network

Vita Datau is the Founder and Chair of the Indonesia Gastronomy Network and Chair of the Acceleration Team for the Development of Culinary and Shopping Tourism at Indonesia’s Ministry of Tourism from 2014 to 2019. In 2020, she became Chief Communication Officer of Spice Route Kemendikbud RI. She is also the former President of the Academy of Gastronomy of Indonesia. She has been involved in the gastronomy industry in Indonesia throughout her career, especially with cultural diversity, sustainability, and community development.

Vita Datau adalah Pendiri dan Ketua Indonesia Gastronomy Network serta Ketua Tim Percepatan Pengembangan Wisata Kuliner dan Belanja Kementerian Pariwisata RI dari tahun 2014 – 2019. Pada 2020, ia menjadi Chief Communication Officer Jalur Rempah Kemendikbud RI. Ia juga mantan Presiden Akademi Gastronomi Indonesia dan telah terlibat dalam industri gastronomi di Indonesia sepanjang karirnya, terutama dengan keragaman budaya, keberlanjutan, dan pengembangan masyarakat.
