Vittorio Negri

Italian Chef

Hailing from Naples, Italy, Vittorio Negri first began his culinary journey in Asia in 2010 when he joined an Italian restaurant in Koh Samui, Thailand. After that, he moved to the UK, Abu Dhabi, and India. In 2012, Vittorio arrived in Bali and worked for several hotels, including as Executive Chef at The Stones Hotel in Kuta. Chef “Don Vito” is known for his indelible taste and gutsy instinct.

Datang dari Napoli, Italia, Vittorio Negri pertama kali memulai perjalanan kulinernya di Asia pada tahun 2010 saat bergabung dengan sebuah restoran Italia di Koh Samui, Thailand.
