Riung Rasa

Vivilya Millian is a self-taught cook born and raised in Bandung. During the pandemic, she opened Riung Rasa alongside her husband, focusing on Indonesian food and slow and low barbeque. Riung Rasa is known with their slogan #bersamalebihbaik which focuses on working together with the community. Vivi is one of the first female pitmasters in Indonesia, and is currently developing a Smoke and Grill Laboratory that will launch in June.

Vivilya Millian adalah seorang juru masak otodidak yang lahir dan besar di Bandung. Selama pandemi, ia membuka Riung Rasa bersama suaminya, dengan fokus pada makanan Indonesia dan teknik barbekyu lama dan rendah. Riung Rasa dikenal dengan slogan #BersamaLebihBaik yang fokus bekerja sama dengan masyarakat. Vivi adalah salah satu pitmaster wanita pertama di Indonesia dan saat ini sedang mengembangkan Smoke and Grill Laboratory yang akan diluncurkan pada bulan Juni nanti.
