Arca Ulian Coffee

Although Wayan Arca Bertayasa’s family has been growing coffee since the 1980s, Arca first decided to become a mixologist. He successfully helped bolster Sarong, Mama San, and Hujan Locale with his cocktail creativity. In 2013, he followed in his family’s footsteps and pursued coffee farming. Using his mixology experience, he experimented with different processing methods. His specialty coffee is now known island-wide as Arca Ulian Coffee.

Meskipun keluarga I Wayan Arca Bertayasa telah menanam kopi sejak tahun 1980-an, Arca pertama kali memutuskan untuk menjadi seorang ahli mixologi. Ia berhasil membantu menyokong Sarong, Mama San, dan Hujan Locale berkat kreativitas koktailnya. Pada 2013, ia mengikuti jejak keluarganya dan menekuni pertanian kopi. Menggunakan pengalaman mixologinya, ia bereksperimen dengan metode pengolahan yang berbeda. Kopi spesialnya sekarang dikenal di seluruh pulau sebagai Arca Ulian Coffee.
