Wayan Kresna Yasa – Kaum by Potato Head

From Nusa Penida, Wayan Kresna Yasa is the Potato Head Beach Club and KAUM Global Executive Chef, where he plays an instrumental part in putting Indonesian cuisine on the map. With a Culinary Arts degree from Chicago’s Washburne Culinary Institute, he has sharpened his skills in acclaimed kitchens including two Michelin-starred Acadia. Chef Wayan was named FoodieS Magazine’s Chef of the Year 2018.

Berasal dari Nusa Penida, Wayan Kresna Yasa adalah Global Executive Chef dari Potato Head Beach Club dan KAUM, di mana ia memegang peranan penting dalam menempatkan hidangan Indonesia dalam peta dunia. Dengan gelar Culinary Arts dari Washburne Culinary Institute di Chicago, ia telah menajamkan keterampilannya dalam mengepalai dapur termasuk di restoran bintang dua Michelin Acadia.
