Wayan Sukarta – bridges

Born in Tampaksiring to a family of cooks where recipes were passed down through the generations, Wayan Sukarta’s decision to become one himself was not a big surprise. After his studies, he worked in Kuwait, the Seychelles, and Miami, on cruise ships and in well-known restaurants in Bali. Wayan joined bridges in 2014 and is well-loved and respected by his team.

Lahir di Tampaksiring dari keluarga koki di mana resep diturunkan dari generasi ke generasi, keputusan Wayan Sukarta untuk menjadi salah satunya pun bukan sebuah hal yang mengherankan. Setelah pendidikannya, ia bekerja di Kuwait, Seychelles, dan Miami, di kapal-kapal pesiar dan restoran-restoran ternama di Bali. Wayan bergabung dengan bridges pada tahun 2004 dan dicintai serta dihormati oleh timnya.
