Chef Vitto is from Naples, Italy and has been cooking in Asia since 2010. He has been the leading chef in several hotels in Bali, and his motto is “everything starts with the taste”. Heading Bonito’s kitchen since it’s opening last February, Chef Vitto has created an “Ocean to table” experience using the freshest products for a memorable taste.

Chef Vitto berasal dari Naples, Italia dan sedang menekuni masakan di Asia sejak 2010. Beliau saat ini adalah chef terkemuka di beberapa hotel di Bali. Mottonya “Semua berawal dari rasa”. Jika menilik pada restorannya yang dia buka sejak February lalu, chef Vitto menyajikan pengalaman ‘Lautan diatas meja’ dengan menggunakan produk-produk segar untuk sebuah citarasa yang tak terlupakan.
